How secure is it?

The security features of the eAgencie system encompass several aspects. Firstly, not being a web based application the risks of hackers obtaining confidential information are avoided. Yes. Model and Talent contact records can be effortlessly imported and exported from/to files supporting ASCII formatting e.g. Microsoft Outlook. In addition, records can be imported and exported to/from eCaster web based casting system.
Likewise you can export accounting transactions processes from within eAgencie to your agency accounting system e.g. MYOB. The system caters for upgrading and duplication of records.

What countries and taxation jurisdictions does it cater for?

We have researched the taxation requirements of most countries and have implemented these into the eAgencie system. In addition we have catered for the differing naming conventions of certain taxation treatments e.g. Most countries have a consumption tax however they are labeled differently i.e. GST, Sales Tax, VAT etc…The accounting principles adopted by the eAgencie system are in accordance with International Accounting Standards.
